Well, I tried out a few different blogging programs and the simpleness that is WordPress got me on board. Now I can blog from anywhere, and not have to worry about the clunky program I was using before. One thing that was holding me back before was that I didn’t have much web space left to install WordPress. Well, once I moved my pictures over to Google(Picasa rocks!), I had plenty of space. Maybe I will even post a bit more often.
This weekend I will be celebrating the 4th of July with my family. My brother has a party at his place every year, complete with washers, egg toss, watermelon eating, and fireworks. And, of course, plenty of food and beer will be had. Katie and I won the egg toss a few years back and have faltered each of the last 2 years. We are hoping to reclaim the trophy this year with a solid performance.

Last night I convinced Katie to go see Evan Almighty with me. She doesn’t typically enjoy going to the movies. Well, we both enjoyed it. It was hard not to think “Michael Scott” the entire time. I was expecting it to be really cheesy, but instead it was only slightly cheesy. I liked the original, Bruce Almighty, and I thought this one was better.
Thanks to Matt, I have been playing some Desktop Defender lately. It reminds me of the WC3 Tower Denfense map. If you decide to give it a try, make sure to add your scores to the stl group.

This past weekend, Mcneal and Thomack came in town and I invited some other guys from the area and we had a mini-lan party. The weekend was filled with Wii Sports, Guitar Hero, and Silverfall. The latter is a RPG for the PC that seems as if it had potential and they released it before they finished polishing. It still brought us several hours of entertainment.
The reason the guys came in to was to go to the Cards-Royals game last night. Unfortunately for him, Jeremy is a Royals fan. Unfortunately for me, the Cardinals lost last night. It is amazing how ownership can make the hoards of money they have the last couple of years and put out the pitching rotation they have this year. On top of that, the Cardinals have had a rash of injuries all year long. It has not been good to be a Cardinal fan.
